From the delivery of a very competitive and detailed quote (I got quotes from 6 different companies on myBuilder and Checkatrade), the service from Thomas and his team at Extendables Landscaping & Home Improvements has been professional, thorough and faultless. After giving the go-ahead, we then had a commencement contract outlining the payment terms which was a 30% deposit at the end of day two and the remainder on completion giving us complete peace of mind. The new porcelain patio looks amazing, the workmanship has been exemplary and everyone has praised the transformation already. I would not hesitate to recommend Extendables who, like me, have a high standard of level of finish, tidy and conscientious. I hope to use them for our next project in the new year.

I can't recommend Thomas and his team highly enough, we are so pleased with our complete garden transformation! Thomas came round a couple times during the quote process to make sure we were both on the same page about we wanted and his quote was very detailed and fair. Once we gave the go ahead, Thomas and his team were on site at 7.30am sharp every day. Thomas was very attentive to detail and made sure that no shortcuts were taken. He checked in regularly with us to make sure we were happy with the progress and what he was going to be doing that day. Even with the difficulty in supplying goods with the current COVID shortages, Thomas phoned around to make sure he could get us everything that we wanted. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we are absolutely smitten with our new garden. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thomas and his team to anyone looking to get their garden overhauled!

Thomas did a fantastic job replacing our old, partially cracked garden path and has turned our tiny garden into a really lovely and inviting space to relax in. Thomas was very professional from the first point of contact and extremely accommodating, he even agree to do the work on a Sunday! From the first time I met Tom, when he arrived exactly on time despite a 40 minute journey to get to my house, right through all the works up until the last day of work, this has been a terrific experience. Tom and his team have transformed my garden, from barren landscape to beautiful patio, circular lawn, vegetable sleeper beds and beautiful paths. Tom is a complete professional & real planner. He is efficient and professional both on the site and with all the scheduling and resources. Tom immediately saw what I was trying to achieve, despite the fact that I didn’t really have a plan to speak of – just a very rough sketch - he brought it to life & it looks fantastic. Tom gave me really helpful options and advice throughout. The reason that Tom has such a positive reputation is because he puts his customers first. He turns up bright and early every day and works really hard through all weather conditions. Communications were excellent. Right up until the end of the work, Tom always makes sure you are content with the outcome. He has done so many extras without charging me – such as painting a large extra part of fencing, helping me to put some long term rubbish into the skip, fixing leaking guttering – I could go on. Tom is completely trustworthy. I was able to enjoy the progress, and now the end result, of his wonderful work without having to worry – which I think it's pretty rare to find. His prices were really competitive too. Snap him up if he is available.

Had a really lovely patio laid by Tom. I read all his reviews before choosing Extendables, and am so glad I did. Extremely professional, offered good advice and gave us a prompt, detailed and competitive estimate with different options and prices. Started work at 7.30 a.m on the day they said they would and every day till the work was complete. It was finished on time and at the price they quoted. Excellent workmanship, took a great deal of trouble to make sure I was happy with the result and left the site clean and tidy everyday. Hard working, easy to communicate with and lovely people to deal with,would definitely use them again, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

After careful consideration, we chose to get our work done by a company we knew we could trust. The Extendables crew were on site every morning at twenty past seven, quite a feat considering they travelled over sixty miles away. They all worked extremely hard with great enthusiasm and the quality of work is second to none. I would recommend them to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

We had a huge amount of work completed by the Extendables. When we purchased our home it was a wreck. After having our entire front and back garden totally landscaped by Extendables home improvements , they have turned it into our dream home. The garden was a total mess but within days of tom and his team arriving the garden soon began to take shape. The work was completed profesionally, when agreed, and was to a good standard. The guys cleared up and removed all rubbish. The invoice was as per quote. I would be very happy to use them again.

Very happy with Tom's work, he did brickwork to our garage and managed to fit us in quickly which was a bonus. The price was good and we are very happy with the quality of his work. He was also helpful is offering advice and keeping me informed as the job progressed.

Highly recommended Bricklayer and floor installation ***** 5 star Review. After having been let down by a number of tradesmen including one whose brick work left a lot to be desired such that I had to ask him to stop, Tom must have noticed when he came to give me a quote for the dwarf conservatory wall that I was not very optimistic. The brick work he produced is 100% top notch job, so restored my faith. Tom also did all the damp proofing and concrete flooring installation which is now drying and looks immaculate. There are a number of things that sets Tom apart; Though I didn't want to compromise the finish on a cheap structure Tom explained to me everything that needed doing and he never pressurised me on anything but was clear that I had different budget choices. His work was clean and tidy, Tom had Mark to help him with the labour work and between them, they made sure that at the end of their working day my garden was cleaner than they found it; they protected the lawn and swept everything clean. In many ways they did a lot more than expected and the job they did was worth every penny and more. I am well happy and would definitely be calling Tom again for more planned projects. If you are looking for a reliable, honest tradesman with great skill and experience, a great work ethic with an great attitude to match and a fair priced job, then I say you should try Tom first, I highly recommend him.
